Hi, Do you mean your GoDaddy account can’t update new emails? May I confirm if the light beside the Godaddy account turns to green indicating the account is connected? And how did you configure the account, via IMAP/POP? If it is via IMAP, please try clicking Tool > Accounts > choose the GoDaddy account > Advanced > Server >set Sync all IMAP folders every 2 minutes. If the issue persists, please update your Outlook to the latest version 15.25 (Help > Check for Updates) to check if there are any improvements. Meanwhile, please check if your account is well configured. If you don’t know the server information, you can seek GoDaddy support for further check.

To run sync my Inbox folder I have to click on Repair Folder (and wait for a couple of hours for it to download all the e-mails that are in my inbox). I can't work like this. I'm using Gmail account with IMAP, Outlook is connected to it and is constantly showing that 'Sync pending for this folder'. Same account works fine on my iPhone (also IMAP) and other devices. Please advise.
