I've tried every version V4.0+ and none seem to work. I download the.dmg and then run it. I try to run it before dragging it into the applications folder. It gives me the 'outside application warning' popup via right click then open. I open it regardless obviously. The test version, V4.2.1 and V4.1.2 don't open at all.

No matter how many times I try to open, no icon pops up on the mac bar/tray. The other 3 versions do open up a icon but after 10 or so seconds, it exits out with no popups. This is all after waiting more than 30 minutes for each. I have had POE around 2 years ago so I know it should work for this mac. This was before I upgraded up to Mavericks and Mavericks has been causing many problems for me. Could this be why? I'm on OSX 10.9.4 with a NVIDEA GeForce 320M 256MB.
